The Sabah government has selected Universiti Malaysia Sabah (USM) to do a practicability study to create a bridge between this offshore financial centre and mainland
Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Zulhasnan Rafique said that the practicability study is estimated to spent about RM5mil and a letter selecting the university to take the task would be sent soon.
