There are more than 150 people gathered at Balik Pulau magistrate’s court on July 20 (friday) morning just to catch a glimpse of Jess Teh & her boyfriend Ong Chee Leong as they were led into the courts .
Ong , 28 was charged with murdering Shearwel Ooi ying ying at Seri Impian apartment , Lengkok Angsana , Bandar Baru Air Itam between 7.30am and 6.30pm on July 5.
Ong also faced another charge which is consuming tetrahydrocann-abinol / amphetamine / methamphetamine .
Meanwhile , the girl’s mother , Jess Teh Hooi Wen , 28 faced two charges which - lodging a false report regarding the missing of Ying Ying and consuming methamphetamine .
On the other hand , both Jess and Ong faced a joint charge which is possesing 1.5gm of cannabis at house at 6.30pm on July 17 . Both claimed trial and court fixed mention on Sept 14 pending the submission of the chemist report .
